Payment and Insurance

Prices vary depending on the services provided. 

Payment is expected at the time of service unless alternative arrangements have been made with the office ahead of time.  We provide a discount for all payments made in full at the time of services when not using insurance. We accept check, credit and debit cards and cash. 

We can directly bill private health insurance providers for your convenience. 

We are currently in network with: Delta, Blue Cross Blue Shield/Regence, Cigna, Guardian, Aetna, and Principal including most affiliated plans. 

We do not accept Medicaid/Oregon Health Plan.

We accept CareCredit as a payment option if approved.
